👉 We are looking for a GTM partner to help design the distribution architecture and the first business model for a platform with global potential.
This is not about writing strategy decks. It’s about answering practical questions like:
- How do we onboard the first 200 operators?
- What are the natural distribution loops?
- Which market entry model creates the fastest learning cycle?
Three signals matter most:
- You have personally generated revenue from zero
- You have operated in 0 → 1 environments
- You think in distribution systems, not just sales tactics
